NOTICE OF OPEN COMPETITION
To implement the project “Compensation to Ukrainian citizens for real estate that was destroyed as a result of Russian military actions against Ukraine”, “FREE UKRAINE” is holding an open competition among legal companies registered in the Kingdom of Belgium.
Required and Desirable Experience:
- Competence, professionalism and efficiency.
- Openness in working with clients.
- Preparation and submission of documents to the court - representing the interests of at least 30 individuals - citizens of Ukraine at the same time.
- Drawing up and filing class actions. Cases won.
- Experience with The Belgian Court of Cassation.
- Communication skills and the ability to work with external partners who will undertake the search, analysis, preparation of documents, provision of conclusive evidence and maintenance of databases of victims - at least 5 thousand citizens of Ukraine.
- Special payment offers for clients.
